We want every book to be one you keep and give.

If you are not happy with your order for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery at hello@ploughmanpress.com and we will refund you in full. You do not need to send the book back — keep it, or pass it on to someone who will love it.

If a book arrives damaged or with a printing fault, send us a photo and we will send a replacement free of charge.
