Overview. This website is operated by Ploughman Press. By visiting our site or buying from us you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
Our products. Ploughman Press publishes new editions of public-domain books. The original texts are in the public domain; the design, typesetting, illustrations, covers and arrangement of our editions belong to Ploughman Press and may not be copied or resold without our permission. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the printed book.
Orders and pricing. All prices are shown in your local currency and include shipping. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example if a price was listed in error or we suspect fraud; if we do, we will refund you in full. Prices and products may change without notice.
Printing and delivery. Each book is printed for your order. Delivery estimates are given in good faith but are not guaranteed. See our Shipping Policy for details.
Refunds. Our 30-day guarantee and our policy for damaged, faulty or lost orders are set out in our Refund Policy.
Accuracy of information. We take care that the information on this site is correct, but it is provided without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law.
Your conduct. You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to submit false information.
Third parties. Payments are processed by Shopify and its payment partners, and orders are printed and shipped by our production partners. Their own terms may also apply.
Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ploughman Press is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the consumer laws of your country, including the Australian Consumer Law.
Privacy. How we handle your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page applies to your use of the site.
