Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order to the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.

Processing. Every book is printed for your order and usually dispatched within 2–4 business days.

Delivery. Delivery usually takes 7–15 business days after dispatch. Times are estimates and may be longer in busy seasons such as December. You will receive a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Customs. Prices include all charges we are aware of. If your country charges any import duty or tax on books, it is the responsibility of the recipient; for most orders of books to our shipping countries no duty applies.

Lost orders. If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of dispatch, contact us at hello@ploughmanpress.com and we will send a replacement or refund you in full.
